dhi dhāraṇa ity asya sthāne dhṛ dhāraṇa iti kecit paṭhanti tasya rūpaṃ vidadhāreti na dhṛṅa ātmanepadaprasaṅgāt_ ||
dviṣaḥ kṣayaṃ yenānāyiṣata nītās saṃkhyaṃ raṇam saṃkhyā ca gaṇanā anapāyatā niLrdoṣatvam anaśvaratvaṃ ca aṣṭādhikam śataṃ manvantarāṇāṃ kalpaḥ kālatā saṃhārakatvam aharādirūpatā ca |||
dhavāl lānti gṛhṇantīti dhavalāni sasvāmikāni śuklāni ca śrīs samṛddhiś śobhā ca ||||
kukṣau bhavaḥ kaukṣeyako siḥ kulakukṣigrīvābhyaḥ śvāsy alaṅkāreṣv iti ḍhakan_ sa rākṣasa iva yasya dviṣāṃ prakṣayāyāsīt_ satī cārurāśā jayaṃ pratyāsthā yasmin_ aṇitaṃ prahāraracito dhvaniḥ pānaṃ śastrāṇāṃ mārjanadravyam_ tayoḥ śauṇḍatām ābhimukhyaṃ dadhat_ bahūnāṃ lakṣāṇāṃ bhedanīyāṇāṃ pāṭane kṛtodyamaḥ | atanu ca dantamayaṃ cakkalakaṃ yasya sa rākṣaso pi sadā satataṃ śoṇitasya pāne śauṇḍatāṃ bibhrad bahulakṣapāsu kṛṣṇarātriṣv aṭane paribhrāntāv udyato najalpadaśanasamūhaś ca kṣayāya bhavati |||
subandhus sadbāndhavaḥ āmodena prakarṣeṇa manoramām_ suṣṭhu bandhureṇa hṛdyenāmodena saurabheṇa ramyām_ sphuraccharā nissaradbāṇā arayo yasyāṃ iṣīkaś śālmaliḥ jalamadhyasambhavas stambaviśeṣa ity anye ||
yena ripuṇām amalam api yaśo malinīkṛtaṃ vidhuratadvadhūniśśvāsahetutvāt_ suvṛtte sucarite sthitir yasya ||
raṇāṅgaṇabhūmir eva kalaśī manthanabhāṇḍaṃ tadgatam arilokaṃ yo daṇḍenāhatvāt_ sahasradhā mathitaṃ miṣṭam_ atha cātakkram akarot_ daṇḍaś caturaṅgabalaṃ nāsti gavi bhūmau raso yasya bhuvas tenaiva hṛtatvāt_ yan mathitaṃ daṇḍena mathā hatatvāt_ daṇḍāhatam iti prasiddham_ tad gorasam udaśvin na bhavatīti ca śābdo virodhaḥ | eṣāṃ trayāṇām apy anarthāntaratvāt_ ||||
caturasratāyās sarvato ramyatvasyāśrayaḥ svīkāro yatra tādṛśīm api lakṣmīṃ bibhratam arim anaṣṭāpadam anbahiṣkṛtāpadam eva yaẖ kṛtavān_ sandhivigrahau prathamadvitīyau nayaguṇāv āvāṣkṛtasandhiḥ phalakadvayoparacitatvād abhivyañjitabendhadvayo vigrahaś śarīraṃ yasya tādṛśaṃ yatkṛttrimarūpaiḫ padātyādibhir āracitaṃ caturadratāśrayāṃ catuṣkoṇatvaviṣayāṃ śobhāṃ bibharti sāmarthyāc caturaṅgaphalakaṃ tadaṣṭāpadaṃ neti ca virodhaḥ tasya hi paṅktau paṅktau padāṣṭakopetatatvād aṣṭāpadam iti saṃjñā atra ...tathāśabdas samuccaye pūrvavākyāpekṣayā yadyapi lakṣmīṃ dadhataṃ tathāpi ripum anaṣṭāpadam evākarod iti tv ekavākyatāyām anvayo na yujyate | vākyabheda evaṃ jātīyakasyobhayābhīṣṭatvād yadyapi asitrijagatījayalabdhakīrtiḥ kveyaṃ tathāpi raṇalampaṭatā hatā te saṅgrāmamūrdhni bhaṭamuṣṭigate kṛpāṇe kiṃ jñāyate śrayati kiṃ capalā jayaLśrīr iti ||
aparājayā parābhavaśūnyā kṣmā kṣitir yasya tadbhāvaṃ bibhradya induṃ viśinaṣṭy atiśete guṇais sārūpye pi sati nahīndur apagato rājayakṣmā kṣayavyādhir yasya tadbhāvaṃ bibharti tasya satataṃ tadākrāntatvāt_ ānandaṃ karotīty ānandakaraḥ | ānandāś cānandahetavaẖ karāḥ | raśmayo yasya sa kalā lekhā api ||
anekapānām ibhānāṃ kṣmā bhūmir yo hitasaṅgaro risaṃgrāmaḥ tatrājitam_ vikaṭāṃsaṃ mahāskandham_ saha drāghimṇā dairghyeṇa vartate | cāru ramyam_ tārayati tayā dvipado vā tārakaṃ śaraṇyam_ praveṣṭau bhujau anyatrānekena pakṣmaṇā āhitena saṅgena rājitam_ vikaṭāṃ vistīrṇāṃ cārū tārake kanīnike m_ ||11
yasyāpagatam arīṇāṃ jātaṃ samūho yatra tādṛśaṃ yas samarāṅganam akarot_ svargam iva hariḥ tatpakṣe nāsti pārijātaḥ yatreti yojyam_ puruṣottamo harir api |||
vipakṣatāṃ śattrutvaṃ vigatāṅgaruhatvaṃ ca | kṣamābhṛto rājānaḫ parvatāś ca āsannena vadhenāturā duẖkhitā satī jitā paribhūtā sadbhir navair dhātubhir manaśśilādyai rājitā ca |||

garīyasām avasthitiḥ saṃskāreṇa gurur eva pratīkṣyatāṃ yāti tam antareṇa suciraṃ tasyā abhāvāt_ saṃskāraḥ śāstrādinā yogyatādhānam_ upāvarjito kratuḥ
paro nyas tasya vṛttayo vyavahārā yathābhilāṣās svacchandatayā vyāptāḥ |||
śubhāvartis sanmārgaḥ tatra lekhā maryādā | śubhāyāś ca vartair gairikādigulikāyā lekhā rekhā maṇḍalaṃ dvādaśarājako Ldeśas tatra kāryaṃ tantrāvāpādikam_ maṇḍalaṃ ca sarvato bhadrādi tad eva kāryaṃ prayojanam_ vicittrarūpāścaryā vividhasya ca cittrasya rūpaṃ yataḥ |||
cirkitsakā bhiṣajaḥ | te yathā dravyasya paṃcāvayavān rasavīryavipākaprabhāvasaṃyogān viviṃcate | vicārayanti | tathā jigīṣavo mantrasya paṃcaiva karmaṇām ārambhopāya ityādikān prayoktān_ paṃca ca rasādayaḥ rasāḥ svādvamvlalavaṇatiktoṣaṇakaṣāyakāḥ | vīryaṃ dravyasya taj jñeyaṃ yad yogāj jāyate kriyā | nāvīryaṃ kurute kiñcin sarvā vīryavatī hi sā | jaṭharenāgninā yogād yad udeti rasāntaram_ rasānāṃ pariṇāmānte sa vipāka iti smṛtaḥ | rasādisāmye yat karma viśiṣṭaṃ tat prabhāvajam_ saṃyogo dvayor bahūnāṃ vā dravyāṇāṃ sahitībhāvas sanniveśam ārabhate | yathaikaikaśo dravyāṇīti bhiṣakchāstreṣu pratipāditāḥ |||
apārthatā phalavirahas tad yuktaṃ karma na śastam_ yad yuyad uktaṃ aphalāni durantarāṇi samavyayaphalāni ca | aśakyāni ca kāryāṇi nārabheta vicakṣaṇa iti | daśadāḍimādivākyavadasaṅgatārthatvaṃ cāpārthatā | akramaṃ vyutkramam aprayuktopāyaṃ kramahīnārthaṃ ca | yathā turagam athavā mātaṅgaṃ me prayaccha madālayam iti | sasaṃśayaṃ sandigdhaphalasiddhikaṃ | sandigdhārthaṃ ca yathā sa bhāgyavaśān mahāpadam upāgata iti | sandhihīnaṃ prathamaguṇarahitaṃ virūpasandhi ca yathā kamale iva locane ime anubadhnāti vilāsapaddhatir iti deśakālavirodhīty anena kārye prastute | pañcāvayavamantrākaraṇaṃ pratipādyatety atra lokaviruddhākhyo doṣaḥ tatra hi deśavirodha evokto | deśakālasvabhāvaviruddhāni yathā . svavīreṣv asti nagarī madhurā nāma viśrutā | akṣoṭanālikerāntā yasyāḫ paryantabhūmayaḥ | kadambakusumasmeraṃ madhau vanam aśobhateti 32|||39

nayaprakāro nītiprapaṃcaḥ śriyo rjane para evāpūrva evopāyaḥ kasya vā na vallabhaḥ pūrvavadudadheḥ akarthanāt surāsurāṇāṃ cāsaṃbhrānteḥ nayaḫ prakāra iti tu hṛdayaṅgamaḥ pāṭhaḥ |||||
śāstrāṇy opaniṣado vedāntāḥ parasya puṃsaḫ paṃcadhātam annaprāṇamanovijñānānandamayatvena viparyaye durnaye mithyādṛṣṭau ca graho bhiniveśaḥ ||
vibhajyamānā vibhāgenāsūtryamāṇā bhidyamānā ca arthakovidaẖ kāryajñaḥ granthayo bandhāḥ parvāṇi ca mantharo lasaḥ guṇās sandhiṃ ca vigrahaṃ caiva yātrām āsanaLm eva ca | dvaidhībhāvaṃ saṃśrayaṃ ca ṣaḍguṇāẖ kavayo vidur iti sandhyādayas tantavaś ca | jaḍā mūrkhā | jaḍaṃ ca jalam_ laḍayor ekatvasmaraṇāt_ ||
upāyās sekādayo pi bhūbhṛtāḫ parvatā api ||36
abhyupāyās sāmādaya erāṇāṃ madhyakāṣṭhānāṃ saṃcayo yasya virūḍhakramaḥ kālanemi eva dhārā yasya maṇḍalaṃ rāṣṭram eva nābhiś cakramadhyaṃ tasya bandhanaṃ yathānyato na yāti karaṇe lyuṭ_ athavā arir mittram arer mittraṃ mittramittram ataḫ param_ tathārimittramittraṃ ca vijigīṣoḫ puraḥ smṛtam_ pārṣṇigrāhas tataḫ paścād ākkrandas tadanantaram_ āsārāvanayoś caiva vijigīṣoś ca pṛṣṭhataḥ | areś ca vijigīṣoś ca madhyamo bhūmyanantaraḥ | anugrahe saṃhatayos samartho vyastayor vadhe | maṇḍalād bahir eteṣāṃ udāsīno balādhikaḥ | anugrahe saṃhatānāṃ vyastānāṃ ca vadhe pra|bhur iti | dvādaśarājako deśo maṇḍalaṃ tasya nābhir madhyavartī vijigīṣus tasya maṇḍalakṛteś ca nābheś cakkramadhyasya bandhanaṃ stheyādhāyakam_ kāryāṇāṃ cakkras samūhe kāryam eva ca ||37

udarkam āgāminaṃ kālam īkṣituṃ mṛtidurvidhaḥ prajñādaridro jano ghūka iva na samarthaḥ ghūka ulūkaḥ so py udarkam uditārkaṃ kālam avalokayituṃ nālam_ prakāśe prasiddhe vastuni tamorahite ca darśanaṃ jñānam avalokanaṃ ca āndhyakṛto viplava upatāpaḥ |||||

mukhalāṅgūlas sūkaraḥ sa śunām api grīṣme nikāryatāṃ paribhāvanīyatvaṃ yad upayāti tad atītakālasya jṛmbhitaṃ kālātikramaṇasya phalaṃ tad ityarthaḥ nahi medasvitayā sūkarāṇāṃ grīṣmas samucitaẖ kālaḥ tapasyaḥ phālgunaḥ kāriṇa iti kartur api sambandhitayā vivakṣaṇāt_ sambandhamātre ṣaṣṭhī anyathā na lokāvyayeti tan niṣedhaḥ syāt_ ||
pakṣās svavargyā aṅgaruhāś ca bhūmibhṛdrājā krauñcādriś ca | śaktiḫ prabhutvamantrotsāhalakṣaṇā praharaṇaviśeṣaś ca mayūraketuḥ kumāraḥ ||
apravimṛṣṭo spṛṣṭo vigrahaẖ kalaho yeṣu tādṛśā api guṇāḥ śriyaṃ prasādayanti prakarṣeṇotpādayanti vibhāvyamānānya¯¯¯lakṣyamāṇā āsanādayas trayo guṇā yeṣu pariṣkāramaṇayo vibhūṣaṇaratnani te tu vibhāvyamāṇā āsane padake sandheḥ saṃśleṣasya saṃśrayo yeṣāṃ tādṛśāḥ śarīram asaṃspṛśya yad bhūLṣayanti tac cittram_ prasādhanaṃ maṇḍanam api vigrahaś śarīram api ||
sāra utkarṣo gauravaṃ ca guruḫ pūjyā kṣamā bhū kṣamādharās sahiṣṇavaḥ parvatāś ca |||

mūrtibhedā hariprabhṛtayaḥ svayaṃbhūḥ śivaḥ ||||
tair api daṇḍo yam upāya iti kṛtvā āśrita eva vṛddhāś ca vayojyeṣṭhāḥ tair daṇḍo yaṣṭir avalambanaṃ kriyate gatyupāyatvāt_ no iti pratiṣedhe |||
niruddhena randhraprasareṇa codyavatareṇa ślathībhavann asaṃpadyamāno jaḍapraveśo mūrkhāṇām avakāśas tena yaḥ sthiraḥ sandhyākhyo guṇaḥ tena susthitās sakarṇakāś ca bahuśrutāḥ kṛtinaḥ | kāryasindhoẖ kaṃ na tārayanti sarvam eva tatpāraṃ prāpnuvanty uḍupā iva tatpakṣe randhraṃ chidram_ jalaṃ vāri sandhis saṃśleṣaḥ sakarṇakās sakhaṭakāḥ | sthitir maryādāvasthānaṃ ca |||||
daivamānuṣyaṃ devamanuṣyasambandhitvaṃ tena prabhedaḥ prakṛṣṭaprakāraṃ rūpaṃ yeṣām_ antareṇāpi bhāvapratyayaṃ bhāvārthāvagatir bhavati | yathā dvyekayoḥ dvivacanaikavacana iti ||||
tadātvaṃ saṃprati āyataya eṣyanto māsasaṃvatsarādayaḥ ||
viluptamohāḥ yoginaḥ teṣāṃ pratipattiṃ prati gocarā vijñānaviṣayā asya ceṣṭāḥ kasya vismayaṃ na tanvanti viruddhapratibhāsatvāt_ pṛthagjanā ajñāḥ viruddhapratibhāvyasatvaṃ ca ceṣṭānāṃ stotramārge pratipāditam_ || ||
iha carācarātmani sthāvarajaṅgamarūpe śive viśvasya sṛṣṭisaṃhārayoḥ kramaḫ pratibaddhavṛttir āyattaḥ |||
amuṣya muradviṣo virūpasya brahmā samudabhūd iti devadattasya garbharūpo jāta itivad apādānatvasyāvivakṣaṇāl lokoktir iyam_ garbhīkṛtasya kalpāntasamaye kukṣau niveditasya sāgarasyodare pratiṣṭhā yasya ||
kṣitijalapavanahutāśanasomasūryayajamānākāśākhyāḥ aṣṭau mūrtibhir ābhiḥ śambhus syād aṣṭamūrtir iti | māyīye māyātattvajam_ āṇavam aṇūnāṃ svabhāvajam_ kārmaṇaṃ śubhāśubhakarmaprabhavam_ ||
plavānuplavau sṛṣṭisaṃhārau tatkṛtena baudhena rahitā aṇava ātmānas tadā sve svabhāve tiṣṭhanti yadā svayambhuvo sya śaktiḥ jñānārūpā māyākṛtaṃ vivartam asabhyam avabhāsaṃ vicchindatī samullasati |||
tattvāni śivādīni ṣaṭtriṃśan niśemuṣī niścitavaty asyaiva śemuṣī matiẖ kāryanirṇayaṃ kartum arhaty amalīmasatvāt_ āddhve tiṣṭhatha ||||
ekā pratipattis sāmādīnām ekatarasyopādānam_ arhās stha kartum iti pāṭhaḥ ||||
abhidheyavacobhiḫ prakaṭārthaiḥ śabdair yatkāryam āsūtryate tadāśu bhaṅgam eti nāśaṃ pratipadyate durdurūṭānām aṅgulibhis saha tā api tatra bhaṅgaṃ parivartanādirūpaṃ prāpnuvantītyarthaḥ yathā maLtirahito pi vaitaṇḍikaloko ṅgulibhaṅgaṃ na karoti tathā gūḍhārthair eva padaiḥ mantraṇīyam iti piṇḍārthaḥ ||
asty eva ca yuṣmākam api mantrakauśalam ity āha vandhyātmanām iti narendro carājā mantrasādhakaś ca | abhrapiśāco rāhuḥ ||||
urvīdharasya rājño pratisaṃkramatvāl lakṣmīr aniśaṃ bhavati sthairyam ālambate | viśuddhin niraparādhatvaṃ dharmata eva jitatvāt_ pariṇāmo vikāraḥ prakṛtibhogo mātyādibhiḥ upajīvanaṃ tatra nirargalatvaṃ || sulabhatā apacāro durnayaḥ pratisaṃkramo nyatropasaṃkramaṇaṃ citiś śaktir iti sāṃkhyānāṃ puruṣe prasiddhiḥ tatpakṣe tu viśuddhiḥ guṇair asaṃkīrṇatā pariṇāmo dharmāntaparigrahaḥ yad āhuḥ jahaddharmāntaraṃ pūrvam upādhatte yadā pām_ tattvād apracyuto dharmī pariṇāmas sa ucyate iti prakṛtir avyaktan tasyā bhogaḥ tatkarmāṇāṃ phalānubhāvaḥ tatra nirargalatvaṃ niṣpratibandhatā apacārā rāgadveṣādayo doṣāḥ apratisaṃkramā codāsīnā || uktaṃ ca . citaśaktir apariṇāminy apratisaṃkramā darśitaviṣayā śuddhā cānantā ca iti |||
aupayikās sāmādayaḥ śaktayaḫ prabhumantrotsāhapūrvāḥ guṇās sandhādayaḥ ity asakṛd uktam_ udayas tu sthānaṃ vṛddhiḥ kṣaya ityevaṃrūpaḥ tatra sthānaṃ kośādaṇḍādher upacayāpacayaśūnyā sthitiḥ vṛddhis tasyaivopacayaḥ | apacayas tu tasyaiva kṣayaḥ || anye punar ātmādayo mittrodayo mantrodaya ityevaṃ trividham evodayaṃ jagaduḥ | etad akhilaṃ parasyātmanaś ca | nirūpitaṃ yaiḥ pariplavārdhe bādhām anubhavatha |
ākāśaṃ śūnye nabhasi ca || ||
arthaśarīraṃ kāvyavastu
pārṣadapatiḥ śivaḥ |||
utpatadbhramaratvāt karṇavivarair udvāntamohatamasa iva surasaṃ saṃghās tadvākyam asyābhyanandan_ ||
