ma­hān bu­ddhiḥ sā­haṃ­kā­rā­khyaṃ ta­ttve na pra­sū­ta iti vi­ro­dhaḥ | uktaṃ hi pra­kṛ­ter ma­hāṃs tato ha­ṅkā­ra ityādi avi­ro­dhas tu ma­hān pra­bhā­va­yu­kto na cā­ha­ṅkā­raṃ ga­rvaṃ ka­ro­tī­ti tā­ra­kāẖ kanīni­kās so kṣi­ga­to lo­ca­na­sthi­to na bha­va­tī­ti vi­ro­dhaḥ tā­ra­kas tu vi­pa­dāṃ ha­ntā ana­kṣi­ga­taś cā­dve­ṣya iti na vi­ro­dhaḥ
sadā sa­ta­taṃ kṛ­ti­nāṃ ga­ṇais sa­mū­hair upe­tāṃ sa­ntaś cā­kṛ­ti­ga­ṇāḥ pa­cā­di­va­da­sa­mā­ptā dhā­tvā­di­pā­ṭhaḥ satī vṛ­ttir va­rta­naṃ ya­syāḥ atha ca satī vṛ­ttis sū­ttrā­ṇāṃ vi­va­ra­ṇaṃ ya­thā tv adya­tve kā­śi­kā
sva­sya rū­pa­sya śobha­yā sva­roś ca va­jra­syo­pa­śo­bha­yā krā­ntaḥ
sā­mā­nyais sa­rva­sā­dhā­ra­ṇair gu­ṇaiś śau­ryādi­bhir dra­vye­ṇa ca dha­ne­na yas saṃ­yo­gas tena su­sthi­tās su­khe­nā­si­tā sā­mā­nyaṃ jā­tiḥ guṇāḥ | su­khā­da­yo dra­vya­dha­rmāḥ ta­dā­dhā­rā dra­vyam_ saṃ­yo­go tra sa­ma­vā­yaḥ taiś ca su­sthitā su­dṛ­ḍhā ka­ṇa­vra­ta­sya ka­ṇā­da­sya da­rśa­naṃ si­ddhā­nto vai­śe­ṣi­ka­śā­stram_

siṃ­ha­dvā­raṃ dvā­ra­sya pu­ra­taḥ su­vi­stī­rṇo de­śaḥ pra­tyā­de­śaḫ pra­tyā­khyā­naṃ abhi­bhā­vu­kam itya­rthaḥ ||
dai­te­yā dai­tyāḥ ||
pa­ttraṃ vā­ha­nam_ ||
ca­ndrāṃ­śu­va­dgau­ra­pa­kṣā haṃ­sāḥ gau­ra­vā­lās tu cā­ma­rāḥ |||
do­lām iva bi­bhrā­ṇaṃ to­ra­ṇam ai­kṣa­tā­pa­śyat_ |||
āmu­ktā baddhāḥ ||||
arpa­ṇī­yam upa­yā­naṃ dā­ta­vyaṃ ca ka­raḥ pāṇī rā­ja­grā­hyo bhā­gaś ca |||

pa­ttrā­ṅku­rāḫ pa­ttra­cche­dya­bhe­dāḥ pa­lla­va­pra­ro­hāś ca
vi­bhra­maś śo­bhā da­nta­bhaṃ­go da­śa­na­kha­ṇḍam_
lo­ka­saṃ­va­rtaẖ ka­lpā­ntaḥ
vi­gra­haś cā­vi­ro­dhaḥ sa­ndhā­naṃ ca mai­trī gau­ryā saha ta­tka­ra­ṇe­na prā­pta­ni­rvṛ­ttir asau śa­ttru­vi­ṣa­ye tva­kiṃ­ci­tka­ra eve­ti dhva­nya­te
ma­ru­tvān indraḥ
bhū­rbhu­va­ssvas tapoja­na­ma­ha­sa­tyā­ni sa­pta lo­kāḥ |||
udā­si­tum au­dā­sī­nye­na sthā­tuṃ mano smān na dadāti kau­tū­ha­lād au­dā­sī­nyaṃ na muṃ­ca­tī­tya­rthaḥ |||
vi­li­khi­tum iti saṃ­jñā­pū­rva­ko vidhir ani­tya iti gu­ṇā­bhā­vaḥ
āda­rā­rū­ḍho gau­ra­ve­ṇa kṛ­taḥ ba­hoś ca mā­na­sya pū­jā­yā āspa­daṃ ślā­ghya itya­rthaḥ ||||
āra­mbho hi vi­ji­gī­ṣu­tā | pa­ri­gha­ṭṭa­nam upaghā­taḥ | apa­daṃ ni­ja­pa­dād bhra­ṣṭuṃ śu­ṣka­gī­tam apy apa­daṃ pa­da­śū­nyaṃ śuṃ ṭum ityā­dirū­pa­sya | ta­syā­bhi­dhe­yā­bhā­vāt_ ta­tpa­kṣe py āra­mbhas ta­syai­va pra­stā­vaḥ pa­ri­gha­ṭṭa­nā ta­ntrī­ṇāṃ ka­ṇṭha­sya vo­ttai­ja­nam_ |||
antaḫ­pa­kṣās su...sahā­yās ta­dā­śra­ya­ṇa­śā­linā he­tau cā­yu­dhe ya­tnam abhyā­saṃ ku­rva­tā tva­yā pa­ra­pa­kṣaḥ śa­tru­va­rgo ni­rā­kṛ­taḥ tārki­ke­ṇe­va so pi sa­tpa­kṣaṃ pra­tya­kṣā­divairo­dha­ra­hi­tāṃ pra­ti­jñām āśri­tya pa­ra­pa­kṣaṃ pa­ra­vā­di­ma­taṃ pra­ti­kṣi­pa­ti yadi he­tau pa­kṣa­dha­rme pa­ri­jñā­nā­ya ya­tnaṃ ku­ryāt_ ||| anya­thā he­tor asi­ddha­vi­ru­ddhā­nai­kā­nti­ka­tvād bhā­va­nād anye­na pa­rā­jī­ye­ta |
nissī­ri­to ni­rvā­si­taḥ |||
mu­ktā mau­kti­kā­ni |||
tvaṃ ja­ya­śri­yam apy ūhi­tha dhṛ­ta­vān_ ...||| ... asa­ṅgo pi tvaṃ ja­ya­śri­yam ūhi­tha pa­ri­ṇī­ta­vān iti ca vi­ro­dho dhva­nya­te ja­nyas saṃgrā­mo pa­hā­rā­ja­sa­hā­yaś ca bha­rtā dhā­ra­yi­tā alam atya­rthaṃ kṛ­ta­vi­gra­haś ca vi­bhūṣi­ta­de­haḥ | amu­ktaḥ karo rthagra­ha­ṇaṃ ya­syāṃ amu­ktaś ca gṛ­hī­taẖ ka­raḥ pā­ṇir ya­syāḥ asaṃ­go vi­ra­ti­ra­hi­to vi­ra­ktaś ca
daśā ava­sthā va­rtiś ca anu­gu­ṇā yo­gyā anugu­ṇas ta­ntuś ca | sne­has tai­lam api dī­paḫ pra­kā­śaḥ pra­dī­paś ca
vya­je­ṣṭhaḥ vi­ji­ta­vān asi vi­pa­rā­bhyāṃ jer iti luṅy ātma­ne­pa­dam_
kṣa­yaḥ ka­lpā­ntaḥ
pra­tā­paḥ śau­ryo­ktaḫ prabhā­vaḥ | āta­paś ca ma­hī­bhṛ­taḫ pa­rva­tā rā­jā­naś ca ku­lyāḥ kule bha­vāḥ sva­lpāś ca na­dyaḥ
vi­bhur ma­he­śva­raḥ mā­nyaṃ tvām andha­kam_ sthi­tiḫ pāla­nam_ dru­hi­ṇo bra­hmā upe­ndro vi­ṣṇuḥ
ca­mūs sa­mū­haḥ ta­dvaṃ­śa­pra­ba­ndha­sya sthi­tiḥ sthi­ti­kā­ra­ṇam_ kā­ra­ṇe kā­ryo­pa­cā­rāt_ Lmā­na­saṃ ma­naḥ tad evo­tpa­ttis sadma ya­sya ta­dbhā­vam āsa­dat prā­pa ||| su­rā­su­rāṇām anva­yasthi­tiṃ kā­ra­yi­tuṃ bra­hmā ka­śya­paṃ ma­na­sā ni­rma­ma iti pi­ṇḍā­rthaḥ ||||
uyata pariṇī­ta­vān_ upā­dya­mas sva­ka­ra­ṇa iti taṅ_ |||
āsāṃ ma­dhye da­nvā­di­ṣu ya­thā­kra­maṃ dāna­vā­da­yo jā­tāḥ |||
pra­ti­kū­laṃ va­rta­te prā­ti­kū­li­ko vi­ro­dhī ta­tpra­tya­nu­pū­rva­mī­palo­ma­kū­lam iti ṭhak_ |||
dhā­ma sthā­nam ācchi­nad apa­ja­hā­ra |||
mi­ṣa­tāṃ pa­śya­tāṃ anādare ṣa­ṣṭhī kro­ḍo va­rā­haḥ |||
kaṃ­ḍū­tiḥ kaṃ­ḍūḥ ya­tra ja­ṅa­ntād apra­tya­yād ity akā­re­ṇa bhā­vyam iti kti­npra­yo­gaḥ ci­ntyaḥ ||| ji­ṣṇur indraḥ |||
ada­da­rad vi­dā­ri­ta­vān_ na kha­rāntaiḥ mṛ­du­prā­ntaiḥ |||
vi­pra­ka­rtā­ro bā­dha­kāḥ |||
na cā­su­rā­ṇāṃ sa­ma­re vi­pa­ttir aśre­ya­sīty āha jyo­tsne­ti gatā pra­sṛ­tā |||

nā­sty āya­saṃ lo­ha­ma­yaṃ mu­khaṃ ye­ṣāṃ te śi­lī­mu­khāḥ bhra­ma­rāḥ na tu śa­rāḥ
na­ra­ko daitya­bhe­do rau­ra­vā­diś ca asi­pa­ttraṃ kha­ḍga­pa­ṭṭo na­ra­ka­viśe­ṣaś ca
ka­nya­kā du­hi­taraḥ āplu­tis snā­nam_
pa­rīp pa­ryā­ptum icchā ||
