sra­va­ntīḥ na­dīḥ sa­rvā­ṅga­sa­ndhi­ṣu vi­ṣṇur na­dīr bi­bha­rti ceti pra­si­ddha­ta­ram_ . uktaṃ ca . ya­sya keśeṣu jī­mū­tā na­dyas sa­rvā­ṅga­sa­ndhi­ṣu | ku­kṣau sa­mu­drāś ca­tvā­ras ta­smai to­yā­tma­ne nama iti

avyaṃ­ji­tāś ca sa­va­rṇa­tvād apra­ka­ṭi­to nu­lba­ṇa­ma­sṛ­ṇo bhā­ga­yos sa­ndhir ya­tra pa­ṭa­pu­ṭe­ty atra pa­ṭhi­ta­syā­ñje­ścu­rā­di­ṇi­ci kṛte vyaṃ­ji­ta iti rū­pam_
ancati vra­ja­ti
va­kṣa­so nta­re saṃpreri­taṃ pra­ve­śi­tam ardhaṃ yena tā­dṛ­śa­syā­pi kau­stu­bha­sya ka­ra­ni­ka­raś śa­rī­ra­bhā­ge tu­ccha­tāṃ na yāti dyuti­ba­ha­la­tvāt_ śa­mpā vi­dyut_
ṭa­ṅkaś śastra­kam_ ta­syai­va kau­stu­bha­sya
abja­yo­neḫ pīta āsa­na­bhū­to mbu­ja­sya bī­ja­ko­śaẖ ka­rṇikā ja­la­dhi­ta­ra­ṅga­khaṃ­ḍaiḥ kṣā­lya­te sa­mpū­jam iva kṛ­tvā
grā­sī­kṛ­te­tyā­di­da­śa­bhiẖ ku­la­kam_ evam ādau ca vā­kyā­rtha­saṃ­ga­tiḥ yat tad adhyā­hā­re­ṇa ka­ra­ṇī­yā pra­kā­ṇḍaśa­bdaḫ pra­śaṃ­sā­va­ca­naḥ | ana­ntaḥ śe­ṣaḥ vā­ḍa­vaẖ kṛ­śā­nur va­ḍa­vā­gniḥ va­ḍa­ve­va vā­ḍa­vaḥ va­ḍa­vā­sa­dṛ­śaḥ ta­sya sa­mī­pe sya va­hner jvā­lā­sa­mū­hair vi­śvas tam ulla­si­tam_ sa­jā­tīda¯¯¯
vi­lī­ya­mā­nā ga­la­ntyaḥ
ka­pā­lam iva ta­cchā­ya­yā ja­ṭā­ni­kuṃ­ja­pra­kā­śena cchu­ri­taṃ sū­rya­bi­mbam api plu­ṣya­ti yaḥ
vi­bhra­mas sā­dṛ­śyaṃ bhrā­ntir vā
piṃ­gi­mā kā­pi­śyaṃ sa­ndo­has sa­mū­haḥ
ma­ru­to devā api
pa­kṣmā­ṇi ke­sa­rāḥ
bha­sma­ma­yan_ bha­sma­sāt ku­rvan_
ra­se­tyā­dau du­gdhā­bdher ittham udi­taẖ ka­ṇṭhe sya vi­ṣa­rā­śir utpa­la­śo­bhāṃ bi­bha­rtī­ti caturda­śa­bhiẖ ku­la­kam_ āba­ndhu­ram āna­tam_
mu­rā­reḫ pra­ko­ṣṭha­ra­tair ma­ṇi­va­la­yair vi­śī­rṇaṃ ma­nda­ra­śai­la­sya bhu­ja­ma­dhye bhra­ma­taḥ | anā­da­re cai­ṣā ṣa­ṣṭhī ṣa­ṣṭhī cā­nā­dara iti tad iti śai­la­sya pa­rā­ma­rṣaḥ ye pu­nar anā­da­ro tra na ta­thā pra­tī­ta iti vi­pra­ti­pa­nnās tan mate śai­la­sa­mba­ndhi yad do­rda­ṇḍa­pā­rśva­yoḥ vi­gha­ṭṭa­naṃ te­ne­ti yo­jyam_ anyo­nya­vi­ddhā­ṅgulīty ane­na ca ni­rū­pi­taḥ ka­rka­ṭā­kṣo ha­staḥ . uktaṃ ca . aṃ­ṅgu­lyo ya­sya ha­sta­sya hy anyonyā­nta­ra­ni­rga­tāḥ | sa ka­rka­ṭa iti jñe­ya iti

vai­ku­ṇṭho ha­riḥ kauśe­yaṃ du­kū­lā­di su­nda­raṃ va­straṃ ta­tsa­dṛ­śaṃ ni­pa­tan ni­rjjha­ra­ja­laṃ ya­syā ni­ta­mbaḥ śroṇīr api
pa­ri­sru­tsu­rā sva­re­ndrā­ṇāṃ abhi­ma­tā ta­syām amṛ­ta­gu­ṇā­nāṃ saṃ­vā­dāt_ ata eva sā mu­hū­rtam amṛ­ta­lā­bha­sya ga­rbhe vi­sra­mbha­sya sa­mbhā­va­ne prā­ptau vi­pra­la­mbham amṛ­ta­lā­bhe na vi­śva­tas sma iti bhrā­ntim ete­ṣāṃ da­dha­tī nā­yi­kā ca sa­mbhā­vi­ta­vi­sra­mbhaṃ vi­ra­ham api bi­bhra­tīṃ da­yi­tā ma­no­hā­ri­ṇy amṛ­ta­tu­lya­tvāt_ vipra­la­mbho vi­ra­ho pi
pra­vā­lā vidru­māḥ yo­gyā­bhyā­saḥ
pra­vā­la­va­llyaẖ ki­sa­la­ya­pra­dhā­nāś śā­khāḥ vi­dru­ma­la­tā vā |

bhi­ṣag vai­dyaḥ anta­raṃ vi­śe­ṣaḥ
ca­krī­bha­vad ityā­di­da­śa­bhiẖ kulakam_ ra­vi­śa­śi­nor ma­ṇḍa­lam antaḫ pṛ­thu­ra­ndhra­tvād bha­yā­na­ka­tvaṃ bi­bha­rty utpā­ta­sū­cakam iva sa­ra­ndhra­syai­va ta­syo­tpā­ta­sū­ca­nāt_
kū­ba­rī ra­thaḥ
śi­khā ra­śma­yaḥ tā evā­gni­jvā­lāḥ kā­ṣṭhā pra­ka­rṣāḥ |
vi­ndhyā­dir eva vaṃ­śa­ke­tur ve­ṇu­rū­po dhva­jaḥ |
nāgo tra vā­su­kiḥ pū­rva­ra­ṅgaḫ pra­stā­vaḥ
dai­tye­ndrās tā­ra­kā­kṣa­ka­ma­lā­kṣa­vi­dyunmā­li­naḥ dai­tye­ndraś ca ba­liḥ vi­pa­ttir ma­ra­ṇam āpac ca mā­rga­ṇaś śaro yā­ca­kaś ca
śa­rī­ra­kṛ­ta­sya śau­rer agra­taḫ pra­tha­ma­kā­lam agra­de­śe vā śi­khi­ni­ca­yaś śa­lyībha­va­ti pha­la­tāṃ pra­ti­pa­dya­te aṇu pa­ścāt sa evā­su­ra­yo­ṣi­tāṃ śa­lyī­bha­va­ti duẖ­kha­rū­patāṃ bha­ja­te ba­hu­ta­ra­dā­ha­vi­dhā­nāt_
ma­ru­tpuṃ­kha­pa­kṣā­ṇāṃ ka­mpaṃ karoty asu­rī­hṛ­da­yais saha tāny api ka­mpavayatī­tya­rthaḥ raṃ­ho ja­vaḥ
pra­ṇa­vaḥ oṅkā­ras sa eva pra­to­daḥ pre­ṣa­ṇa­ko ya­sya bra­hma­ṇaḥ su­me­rur eva ke­tuḥ dhva­jo ya­sya vi­ndhya­vad asyāpi ke­tu­tvāt_ yadi vā me­ror atra dhva­ja­pa­ṭa­tvam arthād ava­sī­ya­te tena su­me­ruẖ ke­tau ya­sye­ti yo­jyam_
abhyu­ddha­te­tyā­di kapa­kaṃ |
arciḥ jvā­lā vī­kṣi­tuṃ na pā­ri­tā piṃ­ga­yā rucā dṛ­ṣṭi­vi­ghā­tāt_
kā­ma­vi­ṣa­ye sya kro­dho vya­jṛ­mbha­tai­vaṃ na­ya­nā­nalena da­gdha­tvāt_ pra­sā­daś ca ta­thā vi­jṛ­mbhi­to ya­thā sa ma­da­no ṅga­nā­nā­ma­ṅge­ṣu pa­daṃ ba­ba­ndha bha­yaṃ vi­hā­ya ta­trai­va sthi­ta­tvāt_
saṃ­bhrā­nte­tyā­di ka­lā­pa­kam_
āku­la­ta­yā vi­va­rto vi­va­la­nam_ eva­śa­bdo bhi­nna­kra­mo vṛ­ṣṭir eve­ti
me­ka­lo vi­ndhyaḥ
pra­la­ya­kā­le ka­va­li­te­ṣu lo­ke­ṣu pā­tā­lā­ny eva ra­ndhrā­ṇi ta­dga­te­na ta­ma­sā vyā­pta­ga­la iva ta­syāpi ka­va­la­nāt_ ka­va­li­tair lo­kair he­tu­bhis ta­ma­se­va ni­ru­ddha­ka­ṇṭhaḫ pu­nar adyā­ra­bhya Llokā na ka­va­la­nī­yā ity āśa­ye­na stha­gi­ta­yu­ga­rṇa iti vyā­khyā­nam āsīt_ atra hi he­tu­ta­yā­bhi­hi­tā­nāṃ lo­kā­nāṃ ni­ro­dha­kri­ya­yai­vā­nva­yān na ta­ma­sā yoga iti na lo­ka­ta­ma­śśa­bda­yos sa­mā­sa­sya pra­sa­ṅgo sty asā­ma­rthyāt_
apo­ḍha­ta­ma­so ni­ra­stājñā­nās ta­tsa­mba­ndhi­nī­nām api ma­tī­nāṃ kā­rye­ṣu va­stu­ṣu vi­ṣa­ye saṃ­śa­ya­rū­pa­sya mohasyā­va­ra­tir nā­sty asmā­kaṃ tu vi­śe­ṣe­ṇa ga­ha­naṃ du­rvi­jñe­yam_ asya pu­nar ama­lā buddha­yaḥ sa­nti ye­nā­ma­la­tve­na tā­sāṃ ma­tī­nām upa­ryu­pa­ri tā vi­ca­ra­nti vi­ci­ttra­vi­śeṣa­vi­ṣa­ya­tvāt_ bha­ga­vān eva sāṃ­pra­ti­kaṃ kā­rya­ta­ttvaṃ ni­śce­tum alaṃ ya­jja­ḍā­tmā­no vayam itya­rthaḥ | ki­le­ti vya­ti­re­ke
vi­śa­dā­va­bhā­saṃ kṛ­tvā ālo­cya­mā­naṃ vi­mṛ­ṣya­mā­ṇam_ ni­ṣpra­ti­gham apra­ti­pa­kṣam_ va­rṇa­ka­dā­ru ca­nda­na­kā­ṣṭham_
ka­rma­ṇām āra­mbhopā­yaḥ pu­ru­ṣa­dra­vya­saṃ­pad de­śa­kā­la­vi­bhā­go vi­ni­pā­ta­pra­tī­kā­raẖ kā­rya­si­ddhiś ceti paṃ­ca­pra­kā­ro ma­ntraḥ ma­rud api prā­ṇā­pā­na­sa­mā­no­dā­na­vyā­na odāt tā­dṛ­śa eva yā­trā­ti­vā­ha­nam_
ane­ne­ty ātmā­naṃ ni­rdi­śa­ti bha­ga­va­ntaṃ vā ||
