śaktir āyudham api kṣmādharaḥ krauñcādrir api svāmī guho pi andha
kārito malinito nayo yena na yo guhatvam upagatas sa katham andhakāre śaṅkarasya
tanayo na syād iti ca virodhaḥ |
apratiṣṭha paprathe hetayaḥ | āyudhāni jvālāś ca vā
hinyaḥ senā nadyaś ca |
locanotpalānāṃ chāyā locanotpao
iti napuṃsakatvam_
bhāsvān_ bhāsvaro raviś ca karā daṇḍā raśmayaś ca maṇḍalaṃ rāṣṭraṃ
bimbaṃ śca
cchatīti virodhaḥ
bhūti¯¯lanā sampado ¯¯ bhasmanodvasanaṃ ca tāpo duẖkhaṃ santāpaś ca
sa hi darpaṇasyotpuṃsanāvasare dīyata iti prasiddham_
śrīs samṛddhiḥ śobhā ca
cāravo guṇāḥ śauryādaya eva mauktikotkaraḥ cāravo guṇā
ś ca tantavo yasya mauktiko karasya
prasṛtā nirgatā jaṅghā ca unnatir abhimāna ucchrā
yaś ca aṃjasā spaṣṭam_ |
śastrakeṇa takṣaṇaṃ ca
samprahāro raṇam_ tadāśrayaṇā

kovidair āracitā kṛtā kovidāraiś ca kāṃcanāratarubhiś ci

sādhuśabdas sādhv iti | kathanam_ śobhanaś śabdaḥ
kaiṭabhaṃ dviṣan_ kaiṭabhārir dviṣaś caturdhāvacanam iti ṣaṣṭhīniṣedhaḥ sandadhāv iti
sandhānaṃ samyagdhāraṇam abhimukhīkāraś ca
agrahaṇam avalepaḥ

dhīras sthiraḥ
viplavasyānyathābhāvasyodayadaśotthānāvasthā ta¯¯ryam umajanayat tac ca
sāmaivaṃ viddhi kīdṛśaṃ bhedagahanair bahutvād duravagamair bhedair avasthitam api saṃ
kalitaḥ saṃkṣepeṇa nirūpitā guṇasaṃkīrtanaṃ sambandhopākhyānaṃ parasparopakārada
rśanam āyatipradarśae
yasya tādṛśam_ sāmavedo py evaṃvidha eva tasya bhedās sahasraṃ śākhāḥ bhaktayo hi
ṅkārādyāḥ | uktaṃ hi
ti paṃcoktas sāmabhaktaya iti
kṛtyapakṣaṃ kāryakadambakaṃ prakāśayatāṃ mantriṇā
m_ ¯¯dhanasya kārya niṣpādakasya mantrasyāṅgāni karmaṇām ārambhopāya ityādī
¯¯¯ bauddhādīnāṃ vādinām iva te pi kṛtyapakṣaṃ svakalpitaṃ pratijñāṃ prakaṭayanta
s sādhanasya hetoḫ pakṣadharmatādīnām aṅgānāṃ vacanāpo pi
kṣveḍaṃ viṣaṃ tad āpyaṃ ca rūḍhyā
vāruṇam ucyate | prasvedalālāpulakagalabodhapravartakam_
avayavaẖ karma
ṇām ārambhopāya ityādayaḥ pratijñāhetudṛṣṭāntopanayananigamānāni ca ka
ṇavratavineyāẖ kaṇādaśiṣyāḥ vipakṣāḫ prativādino pi
avirugṇam apratiha
tam_ īpsitaṃ svamatam api śāstre hetavas svabhāvakāryānupalabdhākhyā
ẖ kulyakṛttrimabhūmyanantaratvena pakṣadharmatānvayavyatirekayogena ca trirūpaiḥ

caṃcalatva¯¯¯ avisaṃvadanty avyabhicaranty ata eva ca svāśayā
tmādhārasya jaladher anuguṇā sadṛśī vṛttir yāsāṃ tadbhāvaṃ prāptā mūḍhamārgeṇa jaḍo
pasevitena rabhasenānītāś śriyo naiva patīn ā¯¯iyante
kṣuṇṇaṃ sevitam_ rathaś ca kṣuṇṇa
m api mārgaṃ viṣamīkaroti viśṛṅkhalayati
hlādahetur ityādi trayodaśabhiḥ ku
lakam_ atra ca tātparyam_ yadyapi yūyaṃ bahuśas samare samāsāditāśayās sama
nantareṇa ca kīrtiprāptis samaranihataiś ca śattrubhir udbhavo bhavati rājalakṣmīla
kṣāṇāṃ tathāpi tat kathayata prāptajayaśriyo py adhibhuvaḫ prabhos sambandhino bhujavīrya
śālinaś cārabhāṭā yadi na dūṣitāḥ kasmād ebhir akasmād bandhukṣayaẖ kārita iti
¯¯pavādapadavīṃ prāpitānīty ābādhaḥ na tu svajanakṣayo pi na vācyatāhetur iti
kātarasya durlabhā kīrtir iti sambandhamātre ṣaṣṭhī hāriṇī hṛdyā sarāhā ca

puruṣāṇāṃ parasparaṃ nissattvebhyo vāntaraṃ viśeṣo yena vikārā bhṛkuṭyādaya evopa
plavaḥ tad utpannena duẖkhalavena ghaṭanā sambandhaḥ vivekabhāg utpannavicāraḥ
ś ca vivekabhāg yogī sāṃkhyayogayoẖ kāpilapātaṃjalaśāstrayor niścitamatis sa
prakṛtipuruṣayoḥ vivekajñānād vikārebhyo mahadahaṅkārādibhyo viplavas samutthā
naṃ yeṣāṃ teṣām avidyāsmitādīnāṃ kleśānāṃ leśenāpi na yujyate
sahasā na vikrameta
nirvicāraṃ na yāyāt_ veḫ pādaviharaṇa iti taṅ_ vāmalūro valmīkaḥ
mantrasya paṃ
cātmakasya yuktir yojanamam_ pramāṇatāṃ dadhat_ prāmāṇikaḥ sāmabhedau prathama
tṛtīyāv upāyau śrautaṃ vaidikam_ vedāgamo pi śataṃ jīva śarada ityādibhir ma
ntraiḥ yuktibhiś ca tat prāmāṇyopayoginībhir upapattibhir gahanaḥ sāmno vedasya bhedā
ś śākhāḥ
muhyata ity ātmanepadam antabhāvitaṇyarthatayā karmaṇi parair mohyata ityarthaḥ
kadalīdalorūḥ aṅganā ūrūttarapadād aupamya ity ūṅ_
dohado bhilāṣaḥ

tho ntarikṣam_ caḍulya ulkāḥ mā kṣyabhann iti dudbhyo luṅīti parasmaipadaṃ dyutādipāṭhā
