śaktir āyudham api kṣmādharaḥ krauñcādrir api svāmī guho pi andhakārito malinito nayo yena na yo guhatvam upagatas sa katham andhakāre śaṅkarasya tanayo na syād iti ca virodhaḥ |

apratiṣṭha paprathe hetayaḥ | āyudhāni jvālāś ca vāhinyaḥ senā nadyaś ca |

locanotpalānāṃ chāyā locanotpaloacchāyam_ chāyā bāhulya iti napuṃsakatvam_

bhāsvān_ bhāsvaro raviś ca karā daṇḍā raśmayaś ca maṇḍalaṃ rāṣṭraṃ bimbaṃ ścaca āhavīyaṃ yuddhaja ravimaṇḍalaṃ rāhavīyaṃ rāhorāgataṃ viplavaṃ na gacchatīti virodhaḥ

bhūti¯¯lanā sampado ¯¯ bhasmanodvasanaṃ ca tāpo duẖkhaṃ santāpaś ca sa hi darpaṇasyotpuṃsanāvasare dīyata iti prasiddham_ || vṛttaṃ śīlāṃ vartulatvaṃ ca śrīs samṛddhiḥ śobhā ca

cāravo guṇāḥ śauryādaya eva mauktikotkaraḥ cāravo guṇāś ca tantavo yasya mauktiko karasya

prasṛtā nirgatā jaṅghā ca unnatir abhimāna ucchrāyaś ca aṃjasā spaṣṭam_ |

śastrakeṇa takṣaṇaṃ ca

samprahāro raṇam_ tadāśrayaṇād ūrjita¯¯¯yāt_

kovidair āracitā kṛtā kovidāraiś ca kāṃcanāratarubhiś citā vyāptā | ataitasmin sannihito nīlakandharo haro yatra | atrasantaś ca nirbhayā nihitā dhṛtā nīlakandharā barhiṇo yatra droṇakāko vṛddhavāyasaḥ |

¯¯mam ayogyam maukuliẖ kākaḥ

asau krut tamohīnam andhatvam_ anyayā dṛśā nītimayena cakṣuṣā

bhedaḥ svāmitaḫ pṛthakkaraṇaṃ vidāraṇaṃ ca kṛtyāẖ kruddho lubdho bhīto vamānī ceti bhedyāḥ kṛtyāni ca kāryāṇi pakṣas samūhaḥ

yasyetyādi paṃcabhiẖ kulakam_ virasatvaṃ mlānatā kaṭutā ca

pratāpaḫ prakṛṣṭas tāpo pi chāyāvahelāpi

andhaṃ prāptam arthitām upagata andhaś ca kārye kāraṇopacārāc chlakṣṇatām aprāpto yena karo daṇḍo pi mukhavilokanakṣamaṃ bhrtyavan mukhaprekṣy api

sādhuśabdas sādhv iti | kathanam_ śobhanaś śabdaḥ kaiṭabhaṃ dviṣan_ kaiṭabhārir dviṣaś caturdhāvacanam iti ṣaṣṭhīniṣedhaḥ sandadhāv iti sandhānaṃ samyagdhāraṇam abhimukhīkāraś ca

agrahaṇam avalepaḥ

sādhanaṃ ¯¯danam_ dhīras sthiraḥ

viplavasyānyathābhāvasyodayadaśotthānāvasthā ta¯¯ryam umajanayat tac ca sāmaivaṃ viddhi kīdṛśaṃ bhedagahanair bahutvād duravagamair bhedair avasthitam api saṃkalitaḥ saṃkṣepeṇa nirūpitā guṇasaṃkīrtanaṃ sambandhopākhyānaṃ parasparopakāradarśanam āyatipradarśaneam ātmopavartanam ityevaṃrūpāḫ paṃca bhaktayo bhāgā atha ca śraddho yasya tādṛśam_ sāmavedo py evaṃvidha eva tasya bhedās sahasraṃ śākhāḥ bhaktayo hiṅkārādyāḥ | uktaṃ hi . āvahalakṣma hiṅkāraḥ prastāvaḫ pratihārakaḥ udgītho nidhanaś ceti paṃcoktas sāmabhaktaya iti

kṛtyapakṣaṃ kāryakadambakaṃ prakāśayatāṃ mantriṇām_ ¯¯dhanasya kārya niṣpādakasya mantrasyāṅgāni karmaṇām ārambhopāya ityādī¯¯¯ bauddhādīnāṃ vādinām iva te pi kṛtyapakṣaṃ svakalpitaṃ pratijñāṃ prakaṭayantas sādhanasya hetoḫ pakṣadharmatādīnām aṅgānāṃ vacanāpo pi

kṣveḍaṃ viṣaṃ tad āpyaṃ ca rūḍhyā vāruṇam ucyate | prasvedalālāpulakagalabodhapravartakam_

avayavaẖ karmaṇām ārambhopāya ityādayaḥ pratijñāhetudṛṣṭāntopanayananigamānāni ca kaṇavratavineyāẖ kaṇādaśiṣyāḥ vipakṣāḫ prativādino pi

avirugṇam apratihatam_ īpsitaṃ svamatam api śāstre hetavas svabhāvakāryānupalabdhākhyā | trilakṣmabhiẖ kulyakṛttrimabhūmyanantaratvena pakṣadharmatānvayavyatirekayogena ca trirūpaiḥ

daṇḍaś caturtha upāyo yaṣṭiś ca

pape pītaḥ

bhṛgunandanaḥ śukraḥ

ghūrṇanam anavasthitiḥ

nanv iti tathāpītyarthaḥ

vipākaḥ pariṇāmaḥ yato vipākāt_ vaidyake ca dravyāṇāṃ rasaprabhāvavīryanirūpaṇāmadhye vipāko pi cintitaḥ sa ca guṇam ārogyaṃ karoti

phalam arthaprāptir api

caṃcalatva¯¯¯ avisaṃvadanty avyabhicaranty ata eva ca svāśayātmādhārasya jaladher anuguṇā sadṛśī vṛttir yāsāṃ tadbhāvaṃ prāptā mūḍhamārgeṇa jaḍopasevitena rabhasenānītāś śriyo naiva patīn ā¯¯iyante

kṣuṇṇaṃ sevitam_ rathaś ca kṣuṇṇam api mārgaṃ viṣamīkaroti viśṛṅkhalayati

hlādahetur ityādi trayodaśabhiḥ kulakam_ atra ca tātparyam_ yadyapi yūyaṃ bahuśas samare samāsāditāśayās samanantareṇa ca kīrtiprāptis samaranihataiś ca śattrubhir udbhavo bhavati rājalakṣmīlakṣāṇāṃ tathāpi tat kathayata prāptajayaśriyo py adhibhuvaḫ prabhos sambandhino bhujavīryaśālinaś cārabhāṭā yadi na dūṣitāḥ kasmād ebhir akasmād bandhukṣayaẖ kārita iti ¯¯pavādapadavīṃ prāpitānīty ābādhaḥ na tu svajanakṣayo pi na vācyatāhetur iti

kātarasya durlabhā kīrtir iti sambandhamātre ṣaṣṭhī hāriṇī hṛdyā sarāhā ca

maṃjuraṃ madhuraṃ

paṭavāsaḥ candanādikṛtaṃ cūrṇam_

pakṣāṇāṃ dhavanaiḥ kampanaiḥ

pretā mṛtāḥ ānatā dundubhayaś ca paṭahāḥ

pheravāś śivāḥ

mohanaṃ suratam_

saṃsthitāplavanaṃ mṛtasnānam_

dīrghanidrā mūrccha bodhavibhrama svāpaḥ

guṇās sandhyādyāḥ strī ca capalā guṇena śṛṃkhalāyā vā badhyate

sāṃkhyas saṃgrāmabhavaḥ | yogo yuktiḥ jñānaṃ sattvapradhānānāṃ puruṣāṇāṃ parasparaṃ nissattvebhyo vāntaraṃ viśeṣo yena vikārā bhṛkuṭyādaya evopaplavaḥ tad utpannena duẖkhalavena ghaṭanā sambandhaḥ vivekabhāg utpannavicāraḥ | yaś ca vivekabhāg yogī sāṃkhyayogayoẖ kāpilapātaṃjalaśāstrayor niścitamatis sa prakṛtipuruṣayoḥ vivekajñānād vikārebhyo mahadahaṅkārādibhyo viplavas samutthānaṃ yeṣāṃ teṣām avidyāsmitādīnāṃ kleśānāṃ leśenāpi na yujyate

sahasā na vikrameta nirvicāraṃ na yāyāt_ veḫ pādaviharaṇa iti taṅ_ vāmalūro valmīkaḥ

mantrasya paṃcātmakasya yuktir yojanamam_ pramāṇatāṃ dadhat_ prāmāṇikaḥ sāmabhedau prathamatṛtīyāv upāyau śrautaṃ vaidikam_ vedāgamo pi śataṃ jīva śarada ityādibhir mantraiḥ yuktibhiś ca tat prāmāṇyopayoginībhir upapattibhir gahanaḥ sāmno vedasya bhedāś śākhāḥ

muhyata ity ātmanepadam antabhāvitaṇyarthatayā karmaṇi parair mohyata ityarthaḥ

kadalīdalorūḥ aṅganā ūrūttarapadād aupamya ity ūṅ_

dohado bhilāṣaḥ

uḍupatho ntarikṣam_ caḍulya ulkāḥ mā kṣyabhann iti dudbhyo luṅīti parasmaipadaṃ dyutādipāṭhād aṅ_ ||
