Making Plans
So having run thrice this week I’ve become inspired to make an ambitious training plan, up to sometime in February, from where I would then continue with another 12 wk plan for a marathon preparation aiming at 3:30. Not sure how realistic or good this is, right now it inspires me, so I guess for the moment it’s good.
