As long as you have not seen their graceful walk you will not understand why I love them so much. Actually Germany would be a much better country if we just had more Buffaloes. In the backgound heavenly Ganga.

A dead dog. Actually I saw someone pull it down from the road into the Buffalo swimming pool. Few moments later someone else (or was it the same person?) came and pulled it out again, across the wall and into Ganga, in course of which the string around the dog’s feet broke at least twice.

Finally a sight of the city from Assi Ghat. No better place for dying.

Haven’t had any appetite or hunger the last two days as I was sick, now this is the first time since a while I’m cooking again. Not bad.

Today I’ve been to the barber, and it’s only been since weeks or so since the last time. But there were other times when I just let everything grow the way it wanted to grow. For about seven years. This photo must be from around 2000.

The heat here is difficult for everyone to bear with. Different animals have different methods of coping with it, sitting in muddy holes is probably not the worst of them.
