Goodbye Mercedes!

[media id=1]

Last trip with my Mercedes. It served me well for over two years, now that I live in Hamburg, have a good bicycle and a ticket for the public transport I don’t really need it anymore, and it’s so expensive to maintain, so let someone else enjoy it! I’ll be without car now! But still I’m a bit sad…

Coming back from Madhu Karuna was an interesting experience, too. It went so smooth, incredible. Parameshvara and Hema were going to Dresden, and we had agreed that they’d drop me at Bad Hersfeld, where I would be on the A7, so it should be possible to find a car going to Hamburg. However what happened was that shortly after Frankfurt we passed by a car with a HH number plate and were joking that I should jump onto that car. Surprisingly then, when we entered the next rest stop, we found that exactly this car was parking right beside ours. So I asked the driver whether they could take me to Hamburg, and after his wife had also agreed I could come with them. So I needed to ask exactly one person, no waiting, nothing! They were a friendly elderly couple coming back from holidays in France. When I mentioned to the driver that we had seen his car and about our jokes he said he had also noticed our car. So like this I got back to Hamburg, travelling first in an A-Class and then in a B-Class Mercedes.
